Stone Exhaust is an experienced Taiwanese ODM for Honda Motor Co.
To meet international global standards, we heavily invested into the first Asian 7-Axis automatic CNC bending machine, and by improving all kinds of bending technology, we have reached world-class standards of 98% rate, and in the outer bore design, we can control wear rate at 25%.
Products made under this stringent standards not only has improved durability, not easily broken but also lowers excess noise issue to match original factory standards.

One piece technology

Stone Exhaust is distinct from the other handmade exhaust production process.
In the case of original factory items, the complicated tubing and other components usually result in custom exhausts with many welding points.
With many welding points and no quality standard control, not only will the crumbs get stuck inside the exhausts but obstruct airflow. Finally, over time, many of the weldings are prone to tearing.
To avoid this from happening, Stone Exhaust creates a single integrally molded exhaust pipe with 3D design measuring, accompanied by 7-axis CNC bending machine, with accuracy error within 0.10mm, in order to prevent airflow obstruction and prevent welding fracture problem.
This also gives a better, more artistic appearance.
